Kintela ® Size Guide

How to Measure

  • Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades.

  • Waist: Around the narrowest part of your torso (usually just above the belly button).

  • Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips and rear, with feet together.

Make sure the tape is snug but not pulling, and measure wearing light clothing or underwear.
